Day 1

Arrival in Caen
Transfer to Beuvron-en-Auge

As you arrive to Normandy, enjoy a scenic transfer to Beuvron-en-Auge, a jewel of the Pays d’Auge region and one of France’s official “Most Beautiful Villages. After your check-in into your charming guest house, explore the surroundings and immerse in the peaceful atmosphere.

Day 2

Cider Tastings at Domaine Pierre Huet & Cidrerie Daufresne

The day begins with a guided visit to Domaine Pierre Huet, a historic estate producing cider, Calvados, and Pommeau. Guests explore the orchards and the cider-making facilities before enjoying a generous tasting session. A second tasting follows at Cidrerie Daufresne, known for their natural fermentation and traditional bottling techniques. Optional experiences include a horse-drawn carriage ride through the orchards or a guided photo walk capturing the picturesque village. Dinner is on your own, with local recommendations provided.

Day 3

Transfer to Bonnebosq
Cheese and Cider Pairings
Stay at La Vie de Cocagne

After breakfast have a transfer to Bonnebosq, a peaceful hamlet surrounded by rolling apple orchards. The day begins with a guided visit to Domaine de la Flaguerie, an organic cider house. The experience includes a walk through the orchards, insight into sustainable cider production, and a structured tasting of multiple ciders and apple-based spirits. A gourmet picnic lunch featuring local cheeses, charcuterie, and fresh bread is arranged at the estate. In the afternoon, guests visit Ferme du Lieu Chéri for a cheese tasting focused on Livarot and Pont-l'Évêque, paired with local cider. Optional add-ons include a visit to the small Maison du Cidre museum or a stop at a nearby goat cheese farm.

Day 4

Transfer from Bonnebosq to Cambremer

Stay at Domaine Le Coq Enchanté

This day is a celebration of the Cider Route’s most iconic producers. Travel from Bonnebosq to Cambremer with guided stops along the way. The first stop is Manoir de Grandouet, a family-run estate nestled in the countryside just outside Cambremer. The guided tour includes the historic press, cellars, and a tasting of cider, Pommeau, and Calvados. A rustic picnic lunch is served on-site. The journey continues with a photo stop in Saint-Ouen-le-Pin, then on to Cambremer. After check-in,  enjoy a cider-pairing dinner (not included in the price) with seasonal Norman dishes. Optional: brief tasting at Maison Hérout or a countryside stroll before sunset.

Day 5

Cambremer: Gardens, Blending Workshop & Norman Charms

In the morning, explore Les Jardins du Pays d’Auge, a private guided tour through themed Norman-style gardens with thatched cottages and apple trees. After lunch, participate in a hands-on cider blending workshop at Château Les Bruyères, where you will learn about the complexity of cider flavors and bottle your own custom blend to take home. This includes a tasting of cider, apple juice, and Calvados in the château’s cellars. The afternoon is left flexible for you to explore Cambremer’s small shops, hike a nearby trail, or simply relax.

Day 6

Transfer to Victot-Pontfol

The day begins with a visit to Calvados Roger Groult, where you can tour the historic distillery and enjoy a tasting of aged Calvados. After a light countryside lunch, a Calvados cocktail workshop introduces creative ways to enjoy the spirit. The afternoon is free for you to relax or explore. Optional: forest walk with a local herbalist, apple dessert cooking session, or nearby artisan visit.
